I am the father of a current 11th grader and I attended a Suited 4 Success workshop when my son was in the 10th grade. I was able to learn that early preparation for college was essential. Ms. Robinson impressed upon us the importance of course selections for students even at the 9th grade level and parent involvement in monitoring their students’ academic progress. Ms. Robinson stressed the importance of available resource as it relates to college research and scholarships. More importantly her work with parents did not end at the conclusion of the workshop; she continues sending parent’s informative college bound resources.

Essay Coaching
Your Student Has the Story. We Help Them Tell It Clearly.
A strong college essay gives admissions committees an opportunity to see the student beyond their grades, test scores, and activities. It should reveal who they are, what has shaped them, and what they could bring to a college community.
Our one on one Essay Coaching provides the strategy, honest feedback, and personalized guidance students need to develop writing that is clear, compelling, and authentically their own.
Whether your student has a completed draft that needs expert refinement or needs support developing an essay from the first idea through the final revision, we offer two levels of coaching based on where they are in the writing process.
Every essay remains the student’s work. We guide, challenge, and strengthen their writing, but we do not write or rewrite essays for students.
$1000
Five Hours of One on One Coaching
Essay Review and Refinement
For the student who has completed an essay draft but needs expert guidance before submitting it.
A completed draft does not always mean the essay is ready. This package helps students identify what is working, what is missing, and what needs to be strengthened so their writing presents a clear, cohesive, and compelling story.
During the coaching process, we will focus on:
-
Structure and Narrative: Ensuring the essay has a clear direction and tells a complete story.
-
Opening and Engagement: Strengthening the introduction so it captures attention and creates interest.
-
Flow and Transitions: Making sure the ideas and paragraphs connect naturally.
-
Clarity and Conciseness: Removing unnecessary language and helping every word serve a purpose.
-
Authentic Student Voice: Preserving the student’s personality, perspective, and natural way of communicating.
-
Details and Reflection: Strengthening the moments that show growth, character, values, and personal insight.
-
Grammar and Punctuation: Identifying technical issues that could distract from the student’s message.
-
Actionable Revision Guidance: Giving the student clear direction on what to revise and how to strengthen the essay.
