REACHING 2 INSPIRE SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS
Overview:
Reaching 2 Inspire Successful Entrepreneurs “RISE” summer program will provide a safe and exciting learning experience through activities, workshops, competitions, and field trips. The program is designed to expose the artistic talents and skills of youth ages 12 – 17 in the areas of: entrepreneurship, theatre, and dance. An average day will consist of learning creative techniques and movement in dance, enhancing public speaking skills in theatre, and learning business concepts and skills to create a business plan. Participants will gain knowledge and experience: from weekly workshop presentations, a field trip to the wholesale district, and the opportunity to compete in a business plan competition.
Mission:
S4S mission is to empower youth around the Washington, DC Metropolitan area gain a solid understanding of business principles, while unlocking their creativity to envision themselves as entrepreneurs.
